Cooper Standard(NYSE: CPS) today announced the realignment of certainresponsibilities within its Global Leadership Team to create greatermanagement synergies and focus on key strategic initiatives. Thefollowing changes are effective immediately.
- Patrick Clark, seniorvice president and managing director - global automotive, will assumeresponsibility for the procurement function. This change brings closeralignment between Cooper Standard’s functions to drive the financialturnaround of the automotive business and improve its response to thedynamic automotive market.
- Joanna Totsky has been appointedsenior vice president, chief transformation officer in addition to herrole as chief legal officer and secretary. In this expanded role, shewill continue to lead legal and compliance functions, while alsotaking on responsibility for the implementation of businesstransformation activities for long-term value creation.
- ChrisCouch, senior vice president and chief technology officer, will fullyfocus on developing and commercializing advancements in materialsscience, product technology and manufacturing processes. Couch willcontinue expanding Cooper Standard’s product portfolio forelectrified vehicles and will maintain the Company’s world-classtechnical support to customers, both of which continue todifferentiate Cooper Standard. He will also drive the expansion of theCompany’s non-automotive businesses, including industrial products,footwear and artificial intelligence (AI).

Totskybrings more than 25 years of global experience of successfullyexecuting transformational initiatives in the automotive and financialservice industries to her expanded role. She will assume theresponsibility for the execution of the Company’s optimizationstrategies and lead initiatives to right-size the business fortoday’s markets.
