- Ingersoll Rand ( NYSE: IR ) has acquired Paragon Tank Truck Equipment for an all-cash purchase price of ~$40M.
- Headquartered in Cartersville, Georgia, Paragon offers solutions used for loading and unloading dry bulk and liquid tanks on and off of trucks. The business employs around 55 people and generated annual revenue of more than $25M.
- It will join the Industrial Technologies and Services segment of Ingersoll Rand. The acquisition expands Ingersoll Rand's ( IR ) capabilities into liquid packages and strengthens its blower portfolio.
