- Kindred Group ( OTC:KNDGF ) is said to be exploring a possible sale following shareholder pressure on the online gambling operator.
- Kindred ( OTC:KNDGF ), which operates Unibet, is said to have contacted a number of businesses after activist Corvex Management, Kindred's second biggest holder , called for the company to put itself up for sale , according to an iGaming business report. The process began earlier this year after the push from Corvex , though Kindred has yet to see any intertest.
- The Kindred ( OTC:KNDGF ) board is said to have reached out to prospective buyers Entain ( OTCPK:GMVHF ), 888 Holdings ( OTCPK:EIHDF ), Tipico and private equity firms Apollo Global ( APO ) and Blackstone ( BX ), according to the report.
- Recall earlier this month, MGM Resorts could look to revisit Entain bid, Citi said.
