Today we are highlighting an income name that we think needs to be on your radar. One of the things we love to do is roll our trading gains into long-term, cash-flow-generating, income-earning investments. One sector we have been starting to buy since October of 2023 is the real estate investment trust, or REIT space. But as we know, not all REITs are created equal. Some focus on retail, some on office, some on land, some on apartments, some focus on mortgage securities rather than physical assets, and others have a blended approach. This is not nearly an exhaustive list, but shows you the complexity and diversity under the classification. Further, the dividend yields are all over the place, but the degree of safety of those payouts are equally unstable.
