- Luokung Technology ( NASDAQ: LKCO ) said Monday it signed a deal with the govt. of Jiujiang in Wuhu, Anhui for an intelligent networking based vehicle/ship autonomous driving project.
- Shares of LKCO rose 5% premarket after the announcement.
- LKCO's affiliate Hongdajiutong Technology Development will provide implementation and commercial promotion for the project.
- LKCO will conduct research and development of autonomous driving and driving assistance systems for intelligent networking technology of both road vehicles and ships.
- An integrated ship-vehicle-cloud digital twin model will be built in the project.
