Sealed Air Corporation: Others Are Beginning To See What I See

Back in June of this year, I made the decision to reaffirm Sealed Air Corporation ( SEE ) as a Buy candidate. Even though the company had seen some underperformance relative to the market, driven by declines in revenue, I remained optimistic thanks to its valuation and the fact that management was continuing to push on successfully with significant cost-cutting initiatives. Since that time, financial performance has been mixed. But shares have outperformed the market, rising 13.4%, while the S&P 500 (SP500) is up 12.7%. A tiny bit of this outperformance came on October 9th, when news broke that the firm had been upgraded by a major analyst. Citing the same cost-cutting moves that I mentioned previously, they clearly see the same kind of potential that I do....
