Back in June of this year, I decided to dig back into The Gorman-Rupp Company ( GRC ), a business that's focused on the production and sale of pumps that can be used in water, wastewater, construction, agriculture, fire protection, and other spaces. Historically, I have found this industry to be really interesting. After all, spaces that many investors would consider to be traditionally ‘boring’ are spaces that intrigue me to no end. Leading up to that point, the stock had been underperforming. But I was not ready to upgrade it just yet. While growth continued, both on the top and bottom lines, I argued that the stock was not yet cheap enough to justify an upward revision....
