Thank you, Dick, and good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining our fourth quarter and year-end 2023 earnings call. Like George Costanza, we stopped short of our goal for the year, but thanks to the efforts of our team, we posted the third best sales and profit year in our 69-year history.
As we have described before, the best way to analyze our performance without the abnormal lumber market, supply constraints and outsized demand from Q3 of 2020 through 2022 is to go back to 2019 and measure our progress....
