- Vicinity Motor ( NASDAQ: VEV ) on Tuesday has signed distribution deal with Canadian transportation solutions provider - TOK Group.
- The deal is for the supply of Vicinity's VMC 1200 Class 3 electric trucks, which includes the initial commitment for 10 vehicles.
- It follows TOK's recent $3M order for six Vicinity Lightning electric buses for use at the Billy Bishop Toronto Airport .

- The news has sent VEV shares up 5% in premarket on Tuesday to trade at $1.64 vs. 52-week range of $1.18 - $6.93.
