- This article was prompted by comments from SA readers curious to know what's in my portfolio; here it is, organized by position size, including a few tiny leftovers from sales.
- I provide some principles: a long runway, all-weather low-beta stocks, quality management, solid shareholder cash return, good operating results, and low debt.
- My biggest positions are Berkshire, Parker Hannifin, and Bank of America; my newest are Snowflake and McKesson; all long-term holdings have tripled or quadrupled. I presently have nothing underwater.
- I did well with stocks I paid no attention to as in the Fidelity study; two things I sold most of were big winners - dumb and dumber.
- I own things that outperform in down markets; I don't diversify in the traditional sense, instead, diversify against different specific risks; I don't use a benchmark but have personal goals.
