How easy is it for you to forgive somebody?

I mean truly forgive someone, as in forgive them and move on without constantly mentioning it or using it as ammo over their head. If we were honest with ourselves, the vast majority of us really struggle with forgiveness. We're good at saying the words. We're bad at living it out afterward. We like to hold grudges, to constantly bring up past failures to beat down someone who's trying to move forward, or use those past failures as leverage to force this person to do something they don't want to do....
