BigBear.ai ( BBAI ) has transitioned from a valuation-excess stage in October 2025, when I issued a Sell call. The share prices are down ~40% since, and I think it is a time to book profits and move to a Hold. The warrant overhang is a lesser mechanical pressure now. The risks of further dilutive events have shifted from existential funding to more growth investments needs. An Ask Sage acquisition also makes ~20% revenue uptick possible in 2026....
