EUSA: A Large-Cap ETF That Makes Sense Right Now

I am a big fan of ETFs that do things a bit differently, and, right now, equal weighting rather than market-cap weighting seems to makes sense. I initiated coverage of a large fund, Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF ( RSP ), at the end of November with a Hold, calling it unique and compelling . It has rallied since then by 6.4% including the dividend, which is above the 0.1% total return for State Street SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust ( SPY )....
