Existing home sales sank -8.4% in January to their lowest level since September 2024. According to the National Association of Realtors ((NAR)), existing home sales were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 3.91 million units, falling short of the projected 4.16 million. Existing home sales are down -4.4% compared to one year ago....
