It’s been about 3 ½ months since I announced to a very indifferent world that I was taking a small, speculative position in L.B. Foster ( FSTR ) in an article with the stupendously original title “Taking a small (speculative) position in L.B. Foster Company.” Since then, the shares have climbed about 13.7% against a gain of about 5.9% for the S&P 500. The company has announced earnings since, so I think it’s time to review this business to see if it makes sense to hold or not....
