Gatekeeper Announces $1M of Full-Fleet School Bus Video and Subscriptions Contracts in California

Abbotsford, BC – August 8,2025 – TheNewswire - Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (“Gatekeeper” or the“Company”) (TSX-V:GSI) (OTC:GKPRF), a leader in video and datasolutions for school buses, public transit and smart cities, ispleased to announce three full-fleet school busvideo and subscriptions contracts in California.

The first contract is with an existing studenttransportation provider customer who is adding video solutions andsubscriptions relating to a school district who is a new customer tothe Company.

The second contract is directly with a school district,who is a new customer to the Company, for Mobile Data Collectors,AI-Dash Cams, 360 Surround Vision, and video management subscriptionsfor their vehicle fleet.

The third contract is directly with an existing schooldistrict customer for a full-fleet upgrade to newer video technologyon their school buses.

The three contracts have an aggregate value ofapproximately US$710,000 (approximately C$975,000), plus hostedservices subscriptions on approximately 145 buses.
