Gatekeeper Announces Follow-on OEM Paratransit Video Contract

Abbotsford, BC – TheNewswire - March 5, 2026 – Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (“Gatekeeper” or the“Company”) (TSX-V:GSI) (OTC:GKPRF), a leader in video and datasolutions for school buses, public transit and smart cities, hasreceived a contract from Coach & EquipmentBus Sales Inc. to provide Mobile Data Collectors, Rear Vision Systems,Video Display Mirrors and other interior and exterior video devicesthat are to be OEM factory installed on more than 55 new paratransitvehicles.

The contract is valued at approximately US$250,000(approximately C$343,000) and follows a contract replicating the samevideo configuration with the same OEM bus manufacturer as announced inthe Company’s press release dated March 5, 2025, for approximatelyUS$666,000.

Paratransit vehicles provide transportation service forpeople with disabilities who are functionally unable to use regularaccessible fixed-route bus service for some or all theirtransportation needs. Video plays an important role on paratransitvehicles to ensure an overall safer transportation environment and toprotect people in transit.
