Shares of Sterling Infrastructure ( STRL ) were pretty pricey when I wrote about them on 9/27/25 .

Sitting then on a price gain of about 130% since my first ( 9/13/24 ) writeup, versus an approximately 16% S&P 500 gain, one might have expected me to lower my rating from “Buy” to “Hold.” Consider especially that the stock’s P/E FWD had widened from 19.68 to 36.54....
