US Critical Metals Corp. is a Canada-based rare earths exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of resource properties. The Company's material assets comprise four mineral property option agreements. The Company has an option to purchase 100% interest in respective mineral exploration projects of the Haynes Cobalt Project, comprising approximately 23 lode claims located in the Blackbird Mining District of the Idaho Cobalt Belt in Idaho, covering a total area of approximately 192 hectares. The Company's Clayton Ridge Lithium Project comprises approximately 90 unpatented mining claims located in Esmeralda County, Nevada, on the east flank of the Clayton Valley covering a total area of approximately 712.25 hectares. The Company is also focused on investing in rare earth projects, including the Sheep Creek Property in Ravalli County, Montana (Sheep Creek) and Lemhi Pass Trail Property (Lemhi Pass) in Lemhi County, Idaho.
