Procore: What's on the company's immediate horizon?
Procore (PCOR) is probably the leading company in the construction management software space. The company went public in May 2021 in the midst of the post Covid tech stock boom at $67/share. The shares reached their all-time high (so far) at around $100/share soon thereafter and then fell as low as $43 during the market implosion of 2022.
More recently the shares rose to $87/share before the tariff panic brought the shares back to the $63 level. I most recently wrote about the company and the outlook for its shares a bit more than a year ago. The shares have risen since then, but not by all that much given the volatility of many high growth IT shares. Since that time, the company has launched its AI initiatives, appointed a new CEO and seen the first results of its sales force reorganization....
